1) Tickets are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

2) Unauthorized reproduction of tickets is not permitted.

3) Admission is subject to compliance with all laws, facility rules and event regulations.

4) Children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre. Mature themes mean this show may not be suitable for all children.

5) Plan to Arrive Early: Due to the unique immersive staging of the show, for actor and patron safety, late seating and reseating will be extremely limited – wait times to enter the theatre could be up to 25 minutes if you are late or leave the performance.

Your tickets are being purchased from Wavestage Theatre Company (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
